I have never been the hugest fan of wearing a full face of makeup everyday, but due to a recent break out I felt like I needed some type of coverage on my face. After my breakout I was left with some dark spots on my forehead and cheek. I purchased Maybelline® Dream Fresh BB Cream, however, this was not meant for my skin. #1 there are not a variety of skin tone options, so it was too dark. And #2 My face was extremely oily about two hours into wear.
After some research and experimentation, I finally concocted the perfect mix for my own DIY BB Cream.
Things You'll Need:
Travel Sized Bottle/Container
Your Favorite Foundation (2/4)
Your Go to Primer (1/4)
Moisturizer (1/4)
*measurement in fraction form (ex. half should be foundation, and 25% should be primer, other 25% should be moisturizer)

1. Put your foundation of choice into the travel sized bottle (you could do this with concealer if you need more coverage). I used Revlon ColorStay® for Combination/Oily Skin.
2. Add Your Primer. I used my go-to Milk of Magnesia (Check out my post on Milk of Magnesia as a Primer -> https://goo.gl/XGujSt) and a dab of Maybelline® Age Rewind Primer.
3. Add your Moisturizer. I used Neutrogena® Oil-Free Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin.
4. Mix Well, and apply as you would your moisturizer.
*If your bottle has a small opening, mix your ingredients into a sandwich bag, cut a hole in the corner and pipe it into the bottle.
Benefits:
A little goes a long way
Stretches your foundation (especially if you use a pricey brand)
Cost effective (You can use things already in your makeup bag)
Moderate Coverage
Personalized to your skin
